Hallo Hulk,

klasse, kompiliert jetzt auch mit meine ffmpeg-0.4.9-1.pm.pre1 (suse 9.1 apt4rpm)
Vorher mußte ich das Makefile ändern so das er die 0.4.8'er optionen genutzt hat. (grund : neuere versionen ffmpeg klappt nicht mit graphTFT :()

Hi viking,
welches libexif haste wie in die 9.1 eingebaut? Bei mir läufts auf der 9.2 nicht mit dem libexif-0.6.10-2 rpm - nachdem die 0.2.4er ja die Sorgen mit dem ffmpeg macht hab ich erstmal wieder auf vdr-image-0.2.3 zurückgestellt.

Oder hast etwa ohne libexif kompiliert?

hmm. ich weiß jetzt nicht ob es vdr bezogen oder aufs image PlugIn bezogen ist ,aber nach beenden des PlugIns auf Live TV ..

bleibt das Bild schwarz wohl möglich dass sich vdr verabschiedet oder irgendwo hängen bleibt ..

der Syslog zeigt nix nettes :

Da ich mir dies nicht wirklich erklären kann, es kann nur ein Laufzeitproblem sein.

Bitte mal folgenden Patch testen und berichten, es macht die einzige dafür relevante Änderung mit der das erste Bild angezeigt wird, in dieser Version rückgängig.

da kommt genau die selbe Fehlermeldung im Syslog !!

wenn aber vdr nicht als deamon aufgerufen ,resetet der vdr !!

Wenn es mit dem Patch immer noch auftritt, kann ich mehr einordnen.
Tritt es auch auf bei einem vanilla-vdr, und nur mit diesem einzeln geladenem Plugin auf ?
Auf jedenfall erstelle doch bitte einen backtrace davon, um die Stelle des Absturzes aufzuzeigen.

also ich habe das libexif 0.6.13 von der homepage (README) geladen und mit checkinstall installiert. Mußte das doc/Makefile anpassen da es ein bug gab - er versuchte docs zu installieren aber teile waren schon auskommentiert = fehelr im release. Wenn ich mich erecht entsinne war es diese zeile die ich angepasste habe (das ist das endergebnis) : "install-data: install-data-am"

hallo,

ich habe die frage schon mal in einem anderen thread gestellt, aber keine so richtig brauchbare antwort erhalten. vielleicht kann mir hier jemand einen tip geben. hier nochmal meine frage:

ich stelle meinen vdr momentan auf ausgabe via xine plugin um, weil ich jetzt anstelle eines fernsehers einen 24" lcd monitor am DVI ausgang betreibe. der monitor hat eine native auflösung von 1920x1200 bildpunkten. dabei kommt bei mir der wunsch auf, bilder übers image plugin in dieser auflösung zu zeigen.
wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, erzeugt das image plugin jedoch ein still video in pal auflösung.

deshalb die frage, ob man das image plugin so umkonfigurieren kann, dass es bilder in 1920x1200 (oder 1920 mal irgendwas, damit die seitenverhältnisse beibehalten werden) darstellen kann. da ich nicht mehr über die dvb karte muss könnte man sich doch sicher auch das zeitraubende umwandeln in ein still video sparen, oder ?

hat jemand bereits erfahrungen damit oder lösungsvorschläge ?

image-0.2.5 has only finnish patch and vdr is plain vanilla compiled WITHOUT_LIBEXIF=1. No specific error in syslogs. Distro is debian sarge with kerne-2.6.14.

I meant exactly this output !

Even if the problem is already solved,
I think ffmpeg-0.4.8 was build with mmx-code, and the CPU has no mmx support¹,
maybe a prebuild external package ?
