VDR 1.3.34 für Linvdr 0.7 + Plugins (BigPatch)

Ich habe heute die neue Version eingespielt und es läuft bis auf eine Kleinigkeit ganz gut.

Wenn ich bei mir den streamdev-client aktiviere startet sich mein vdr ständig neu, im logread steht leider auch nur das er das streamdev-plugin lädt anschließend startet sich die Kiste neu.

Hat jemand das gleiche Problem oder habe ich etwas verpasst da ich leider in den letzten Wochen wenig Zeit hatte mich um meinen Kasten zu kümmern. Ich habe gerade eben noch die letzten Beiträge überflogen aber mir ist keine Info zum streamdev aufgefallen.

Hat von euch jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte oder wie ich die genaue Ursache feststellen kann warum streamdev nicht läuft.

Klar im Frankreich sind viele Sonderzeichen vorhanden é è ê ç È É Ë ë

benenn mal 2 aufnahmen die du schrumpfen und brennen willst nur mit buchstaben um, keine sonderzeichen auch kein @ vorne ..
nur testweise ...(oder kopiers um)
und versuchs damit ...ich hatte auch so probleme mit "nichtbuchstaben"...

Was denkst du (tarandor) zum Thema Graphlcd-Conf-Dateien?! Verstehe Codys Argument, allerdings denke ich, dass wenigstens die Vorlagen (fonts.small, fonts.medium usw) mit ins Paket gehören, da die ein bestandteil des neuen Plugins sind die Symlinks (fonts.conf z.B.) kann man ja weglassen, um an bestehenden Konfigurationen nichts zu verändern! Aber ohne ist die "saubere" Update-Kette" unterbrochen. Es artet dann doch in eine Bastelstunde aus, wenn mann versucht ohne viel Hintergrundwissen einen aktualisierten VDR auf Linvdr-Basis zu installieren. Alternativ könnte mann auch ein Addon-Paket für Neuinstallationen zusammenstellen, wo die zusätzlichen aktualisierungen für Plain-Vanilla-Linvdr nach MT reinkommen die im Basis-Paket nix zu suchen haben (das würde dann auch für den VDR-Admin gelten da ich jetzt angst habe mir meinen aktualisierten wieder down-zu-graden) Also z.B. auch Skin-Updates, VDRAdmin, Logo-Updates, vielleicht auch EPG-Tools wie infosatepg usw... Ich denke zu der Liste kann jeder was beisteuern!

warum ist denn der dvbplayer patch nicht dabei ?
Benutzt keiner DVB ?

Ich würde es nicht gut finde, wenn echte .conf Dateien mitgeliefert würden, die meine eigenen jedesmal überschreiben.

Es spricht allerdings nichts dagegen diese Dateien in einem extra Verzeichnis oder unter einem anderen Namen (z.b. xx.conf.sample) mitzuliefern.

Auch fonts.large ist z.B. bei mir angepasst.

anscheinend "kotzt" er sich bei umlauten an ...ich hoffe da auf die 0.0.6j *G*

was hast du ausgewählt ...im burn plugin ...vor dem "jetzt brennen" drücken

versuch mal "nur iso erzeugen" ...

oder hast du die wahl gar nicht ?
dann schau ob es ein /pub/export verzeichnis gibt ?
ich hab das 0.0.6h so compiled dass es das ISODIR auf /pub/export gesetzt hat ....
findet er das verzeichnis nicht ...bietet er die option "nur iso file erzeugen" gar nicht an ...wo soll ers auch hinspeichern ...

theoretisch könntest du aber, da er ja fertig geschrinkt hat den ordner VIDEO_TS auf einem windows rechner ins nero ziehen ...das tuts auch ...

ich kann mich erinnern bei der 1.3.31er+ bigpatch+setup patch nachgesehen zu haben ob der enthalten ist, da das xine-network plugin diesen patch dringenst empfiehlt ...und es waren damals alle zeilen des patches bereits im vdr source ...
nehme also an das der im bigpatch enthalten war, und auch noch ist ...

Joo, hast Recht.
Die fonts.small usw. sollte man noch mit beipacken.
Aber die fonts.conf oder aber auch die graphlcd.conf sollte man aussen vor lassen.
Wenn man das MT-Paket installiert hat ist die graphlcd.conf ja sowieso dabei!

Von dvdselect ist die Version von ravenclaw drin.
Und die VDRAdmin ist von gestern abend ca. 18.30 h.

Was das Addon-Paket abgeht finde ich das eine gute Idee. Das spart Traffic und macht das Paket wieder kleiner.
Allerdings wenn jeder etwas beisteuert ist die Frage, ob der VDR dann noch stabil läuft!?
Momentan scheint es ja noch gut zu funktionieren (abgesehen von dvdselect)

Mit beisteuern meine ich hauptsächlich Ideen! Wenn ich am WE mal Zeit habe, stelle ich vielleicht mal was zusammen. Finde das Argument von ufauser auch zutreffend. Es muss halt klar sein, dass sich das Paket nur für Neuinstallationen gedacht ist und alle persönlichen modifikationen hinterher gemacht werden müssen. Ich denke es sollte also wirklich nur darum gehen "Newbies" ein einfachs und schnelles Update zu ermöglichen. Wer hier im Forum aktiv ist sollte das nicht brauchen oder sich nur die Teile extrahieren können die er braucht!

Ich habe ein eigenartiges Problem: ab und an ist Bild und Ton weg. Dieser Effekt bleibt dann lange erhalten. Man kann Programme umschalten, das OSD zeigt auch brav die richtigen EPG Daten an, aber Bild und Ton bleiben verschwunden. Spielt man eine Aufnahme ab, geht das wunderbar. Stoppt man die Aufnahme, ist wieder alles schwarz. Startet man den Rechner neu, ist alles wieder gut.
Dieses Problem hatte ich seit mehreren Versionen, sicher mit vdr 1.3.31, 32, 33 und 34.
Jetzt das komische: wartet man zwischen 5-10 min, geht plötzlich wieder alles! Da kommt man natürlich nicht so einfach drauf, meist habe ich den Rechner neu gestartet.
Gelegentlich (ca. jeder 4ter Fall) "hängt" dann noch die Fernbedienung - d.h. es werden keine Tastenkommandos angenommen. Nach ca. 5-10 min werden dann schlagartig alle bis dahin gedrückten Tasten abgearbeitet und das Bild/der Ton erscheint wieder.
Natürlich hatte ich nie einen Rechner, um ins log reinzuschauen oder ich/meine Freundun wollten etwas sehen.
Sobald das nächste mal dieses Problem habe, werde ich per logread nachsehen.
Hat sonst jemand ein ähniches Problem? Falls ja, könnt Ihr das mit den 10 min warten-alles ist wieder okay bestätigen?

Mein Rechner läuft immer durch. Es ist ein vdr 1.3.34 (cody Patch) mit BigPatch, 2 Karten (1xFF DVB-S, 1xBudget DVB-S), plugins aktiv: burn, cdda, director, dvd, dvdconvert, dvdselect, epgsearch, image, mp3, mplayer, osdteletext, premiereepg, vcd, vdrc, vdrcd, vdrrip

Anderes oder eventuell ähnliches Problem (reproduzierbar):
ich starte 2 Aufnahmen zur gleichen Zeit - z.B. 1 min ARD (Aufnahmename "de") und RTL (Aufnahmenamen "rtl") gleichzeitig (wie soeben getan). Log ist ganz unten im Thread. Nach dem start der Aufnahmen ist der Bildschirm schwarz, Fernbedienung und vdradmin reagieren nicht mehr. Top zeiget eine LoadAverage von ca. 2, aber 90% idle, es streiten sich 8 vdr Prozesse mit einem lircd und einen noad um die höchste cpu last. Das dauert ca. 15 min, danach ist eine 15-minütige "de"-Aufnahme zu finden (statt 1 min, die 15 min sind abspielbar) aber leider keine "rtl" Aufnahme. Dann startet vdr aufenscheinlich neu und alles geht wieder.

Ich habe einige Sachen unter suchen gefunden, das deckt sich aber nicht wirklich mit meinem Problem, die meisten reden über ein DVB-T Problem (soweit ich das alles verstehe)

Du könntest vieleicht die kanotix-vdr LiveCD im nur CD-Mode probieren.
Mußt nichts installieren. Nur damit Du weißt ob's an der Hard- oder Software liegt.

prima Idee, mache ich. Ich lade gerade die LiveCD, schaffe das aber heute nicht mehr (befürchte ich) und bin dann bis zum Wochenede weg. Dann melde ich mich wieder.
Außerdem lasse ich mal die logs dauerhaft auf die Platte - für alle Fälle.

Timerliste braucht bei mir auch eine kleine Weile bis die sich öffnet.
Ich würde darauf tippen, dass in das was mit der VDR Version halt zu tun hat.

CutterQueue ist nicht als Patch enthalten.
Vielleicht kommt's ja im nächsten BigPatch.
