Hallo zusammen,
gleich im voraus. Ich bin kein versierter Linuxbenutzer, jedoch würde ich mich als durchaus erfahrenen Computernutzer bezeichnen. Dies ist auch der Grund warum ich nach Tagelangen Versuchen den c't VDR zum laufen zu bekommen im Moment recht frustriert bin.
Problem:
VDR geht nicht (ging noch nie). Wenn ich die dieversen Startanweisungen eingebe wie z.B.
xinit -e vdr-sxfe -f xvdr:tcp://localhost oder xinit -e vdr-sxfe –fullscreen bekomme ich folgende Fehlerausgabe.

Ich hab keinen Plan wo ich anfangen soll zu suchen. Habe jetzt Tagelang das Netz durchforrstet, mir haufenweise Anleitungen reingezogen jedoch ohne erfolg. Ein paar kleine Fehler konnte ich auch schon beheben, aber es läuft trotzdem noch nix.
Habe von c't mal so ein Werbevideo gesehen. Da war die Rede von "einfach" und es klang auch alles total super, aber wenn ich mir das video jetzt noch mal anschauen würde, würd ich vermutlich irgendetwas in den Monitor werfen.
Wäre dankbar für jede Hilfe.
