Freeze beim Beenden von XBMC

Hallo Yavdr'ler,

Ich habe gestern ne einen neuen YAVDR aufgesetzt. Noch keine Konfig-Dateien (lirc, etc.) eingespielt.

Mein Problem ist nun wie oben erwähnt, wenn ich XBMC verlassen möchte friert mir einfach das Bild ein.

Hatte einer von Euch auch schon dieses Problem?

Wo muß ich dran "drehen" damit das wieder funktioniert?

RE: Freeze beim Beenden von XBMC

Hallo,

Hast Du Paketupdates eingespielt?

Welche XBMC-Version benutzt Du? (dpkg -l | grep xbmc)

Wenn es einfriert, was ist dann zu sehen? XBMC-Oberfläche? Komplett schwarzer Bildschirm? yavdr-Logo vor schwarzem Hintergrund? No Signal?

Workarounds:
1) XBMC per Web-Frontend beenden (System -> Eingefrorenes XBMC beenden.
2) MyTV1.db über Button in XBMC (Settings-> TV) löschen, falls Kanallisten von XBMC und VDR nicht mehr übereinstimmen.

Analyse: XBMC-Logfiles (über's Web-Frontend -> Diagnos -> XBMC) anschauen. Evtl. steht da was?

Hallo hepi,

wie gesagt ganz frische Installation mit der 0.1.1 er Iso, danach ein Dist-Upgrade gemacht. Noch keine Kanalliste eingespielt.

Zum Ausschalten: Ich gehe auf den XBMC"Ausschalt"-Button. Die Ausschaltleiste mit XBMC verlassen , ausschalten etc wird angezeigt, ich betätige den Button "Ausschalten" und ab diesem Punkt kommt der Freeze. Bild bleibt mit der Ausschalt-Anzeige stehen und nimmt keine weiteren Eingaben entgegen.

Logfiles kann ich mir leider erst heut Abend ansehen.

Ob man auf Ausschalten oder Verlassen drückt macht keinen Unterschied. Es wird in jedem Fall nur XBMC beendet, da XBMC keine Rechte hat den Rechner runterzufahren.

Oder sehe ich das falsch???

Zumindest läuft das auf meiner Squeeze-Kiste so.

Das kommt drauf an, ob die Returncodes beim Beenden von XBMC vom aufrufenden Skript interpretiert werden oder nicht. Das liegt im Ermessen / in der Konfiguration der Distribution.

Wenn Du bei uns XBMC über VDR-OSD startest, hast Du über XBMC keine Möglichkeit, den Rechner herunterzufahren.

Wir bieten aber auch experimentell XBMC als Default-Frontend an. Dort sieht es dann wieder anders aus: Runterfahren bei Beenden prinzipiell ja - aber bitte nicht, wenn der VDR noch aktive Timer oder bald aktiv werdende Timer hat. Die Umsetzung dieser Anforderung bringt ganz eigene Probleme mit sich.

Nee, komplett auf XBMC wollt ich noch nicht gehen. Ist mir noch zu buggy, da warte ich lieber noch bis pingpong alles in trockenen Tüchern hat.

Dieser VDR soll für meinen alten Herren sein. Aus diesem Grund braucht ich was an dem er möglichst wenig kaputt machen kann und mir im dann die Ohren vollheult... :unsch

Also muß er "nur" TV sehen und aufnehmen können, sowie seine Western, Doku's und Musik über XBMC ansehen und ein wenig im Netz surfen.

Wie gesagt, das Ganze muß "elternsicher" sein. :grinzs

yaVDR 0.1.x ist nicht elternsicher. Es ist ja noch nicht einmal für den produktiven Gebrauch empfohlen. :unsch

Hallo,

ist bei mir ebenso, seit dem letzten xbmc-update (die komplett ungetesteten... svn 29450)
Nach beenden ist nur das yavdr-symbol auf schwarzem Hintergrund zu sehen.
Zu Xine zurück komme ich nur, wenn ich über die Weboberfläche vdr neustarte.

hi,

ich hab das gleiche Problem mit der gleichen XBMC Version.
Allerdings erst seit gestern nach einem upgrade.
Da wurden nur zwei pakete upgedatet yavdr-startup und yavdr-utils, laut /var/log/apt/term.

Wenn ich XBMC beende erscheint nur noch das "yavdr" Logo, da hilft dann nur noch ein restart von vdr.

Gibt’s es denn schon neue Erkenntnisse? Denn seit dem letzten dist-upgrade friert beim Verlassen von XBMC oder Internet alles ein und es bleibt nur beim Startbildschirm "yaVDR"

Sorry, ich muss hier einen alten Fred ausgraben...
aber ich habe seit neuem exakt das selbe von liquidolze beschrieben Problem.

Beschreibung:
Xmbc aus yavdr starten (Manuell über Menü 5 2) und einwandfrei benutzen.
Es funktioniert alles, LiveTV, Videos, Musik, alles mit FB.
Es ist absolut genial und zu 100% Wife accepted!

Möchte ich XBMC beenden (über die XBMC Obefläche > beenden, aber auch über den Powerknopf der FB) friert augenblicklich das Bild im status qou ein. Keine Eingaben mehr möglich... Nur ein "Erzwinge beenden von XBMC" über WF schafft Abhilfe.

Die Logdatei gibt keinen Aufschluss (zumindest nicht mir gegenüber), kann sie aber gerne heute Abend posten.

Updates habe ich alle gemacht (vorrausgesetzt, XBMC ist bei apt-get update, upgrade dist-upgrade dabei), ich glaube auch, seither besteht das Problem auch...

wie oben bereits erwähnt: das Problem ist neu. XMBC hat sich vorbildlich bei Powertaste UND über die Oberfläche beendet...

Der Fred ist schon ein paar Tage alt, eine wirkliche Lösung gab es aber nicht.
Ich bitte um Hilfe!

Welches Frontend nutzt Du?
Habe im Moment keine Abstürze/Freezes mehr mit xineliboutput.
Die besagten Freezes kamen nur mit xine-plugin zustande.

Szenario von gestern Abend war folgendes:

XBMC geöffnet über Menü 521,
im Musikverzeichnis ein Album ausgewählt, laufen lassen,
ins Bildermenue gewechselt, Bilder angeschaut,
ins Hauptmenue gewechselt, Beenden ausgewählt

Achtung jetzt wirds doof:

Bildschirm friert ein, keine Eingaben mehr möglich
Beenden nur noch über FE oder Hard Reset am Kasten...
Ich kann der Logdatei nix ungewöhnliches entnehmen, mir fehlt aber auch die Erfahrung, leider. Zumindest gab es auch auf der Oberfläche keine Anzeichen für laufende Updates/EPG/Datenbank...

Kann jemand was entdecken und mir helfen bitte ?!
