If you have a DVB-T device that works with linux, yes.
hei koshiba,
if you have a correct channels.conf for DVB-T the vdr will automatically receive the epg-data.
Please define your problem more precisely.
Where you will use the epg, in vdr oder outside?
Well, i mean that if is possible to use some vdr library to retrieve epg data for a channel
instead of the linux/dvb/dmx.h from the linuxdvb api directly.
using the linuxdvb api i can get the epg data for a concrete frequency,
my question is
how can i get the epg data only for a specific channel ??
is something in vdr that can help me ??
Thanks, and excuse me for my bad english
You can use SVDRP (telnet-based remote-connection) to tune to a channel and then read the epg-data for this channel with VDR.
arghgra
SVDRP command
LSTE [ <channel> ] [ now | next | at <time> ]
without parameter - all epg data
with parameter - only epg data of this channel (now, next and at are filters)
