beim Trockentraining gabs zumindest keine Fehlermeldungen oder -logeinträge ... Ins Wasser springe ich erst nach 10 Uhr heute abend ....
Falscher Alarm meinerseits! Sorry! Das Image sollte problemlos funktionieren; gibt Positivmeldungen hier im Forum. Meins war damals dann wohl doch älter...

so, die ersten Gehversuche sind nicht erfolgreich.
ffnetdev erfolgreich kompiliert und installiert.
Tastaturcodes hab ich aus dem readme in die emote.conf kopiert.
vdr erfolgreich neu gestartet
vdrview auf der Box installiert. Ist auch erreichbar. In den Einstellungen die IP des vdr eingegeben.
vdrview gestartet. Bildschirm wird dunkel. bleibt dunkel.
im log des vdr seheich, wenn ich auf der Dbox-FB ne Taste drücke, auch eine Reaktion. Allerdings: *immer* dies:

ich habe nun den vdrviewer aus dem SVN mit dem tuxbox-cdk kompiliert, allerdings kommt dann kein Bild, manchmal quitschender Ton und die Fernbedienung reagiert träge bis gar nicht .
Da ich erst vermutet habe das ich was mit dem cdk falsch gemacht habe, habe ich mir nochmals die Source vdrviewer-0.1.4 gezogen und diese ebenfalls kompiliert --> was dann auch funktioniert hat und "soweit" problemlos lief.
Läuft der vdrviewer aus dem SVN bei dir ohne Probleme?
Was mir bei der Version aus den SVN aufgefallen ist, das trotz needlcd=0 in der CFG im Dbox Display GraphLCD auf wait steht -> bei der 0.1.4 steht dies auf no (?).

Wenn du vdrviewer aus SVN verwenden möchtest, musst du auch aktuelle ffnetdev verwenden, d.h. Rev. 27 .

Ich dacht immer wenn man per SVN (oder CVS) sich die Dateien holt hat man immer die jeweils akt. Sourcen.
Ich hatte ffnetdev mit "svn co -r 23 http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/ffnetdev/trunk ffnetdev"
Nun habe ich es mit "svn co -r 27 http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/ffnetdev/trunk ffnetdev" geholt --> und es funktioniert .
Aud die schnelle getestet (ARD und ZDF) und lediglich mal einen Aussetzer bei ZDF gehabt:

Die Rate (MBit/s) unterscheidet sich schon gegenüber den Werten aus Femon --> dort hatte ich bei ZDF zwischen 6-8 MBits/s.

gibt's eigentlich schon Aussichten, ob und wann der Viewer Rev.22 zum "normalen" Download in kompilierter Form bereit gestellt wird?
Oder könnte jemand so nett sein, den hier mal anzuhängen?

Ergebnis meines ersten Tests: Der jetzige Stand ist auf jeden Fall schon mal ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung! "DasErste" ist zwar immer noch nicht wirklich guckbar, aber die Aussetzer sind weniger geworden und "erträglicher".

Ist von Sendung zu Sendung unterschiedlich, hängt halt von Bitrate ab, sollte aber bis ca. 7,4 MBit/sec (nach femon) keine Probleme mehr geben. Das müssten weit über 60% sein.

Ja, das kann ich bestätigen. Ab 7,5 MBit/sec "stottert's". Die wenigsten Sender gehen so hoch. Bei der ARD ist die Quote allerdings leider deutlich "schlechter"

Habe ein wenig Probleme, mit der Verbindung.
Und zwar, klappt das erste mal immer Prima, ein zweites mal verbinden, geht immer in die Hose.
Steht ewig im Display Buffer, starte ich vdr neu, klappt es wieder.
Hat jemand, ähnliches Verhalten?

Mal wieder die Bitte an die Spezialisten:
Ich hab leider (?) keine DBox sondern eine Dreambox 7000S, und der VDRViewer ist compiliert leider nur für die DBOX zu finden.
Die DBOX-Executables streiken auf der dreambox mit einer fehlenden libtuxbox.configfile.so.0, die ich nicht auftreiben konnte.
Und zum CrossComipileren bin ich scheinbar zu dämlich...
Also:
Hat einer von euch vielleicht die möglichkeit per Cross-Compiler ein Dreambox-Executable vom VDRViewer zu backen?? Sollte ja ebenso auf einer aktuellen Tuxbox basieren, ist also eng artverwandt.
Somit: Bitte, Bettel, Fleh, Schleim, Liebschau, .....
