heute wollte mein yavdr 05 nicht booten und meldet Fehler im syslog

wollte das dann beheben, habe das aber noch nicht hinbekommen, aber nun mein Rätsel:
ich habe eine alte Install vom yavdr 05 auf einem USB-Stick und wollte den erstmal booten (damit die Familie wieder TV schauen kann). Stick rein Bootreihenfolge auf Stick gestellt und Bild ist wieder da, aber er hat ein remount auf die SSD gemacht und die letzte Config von der SSD läuft Wenn ich die SSD abziehe, startet er die alte config vom Stick.
ich habe mal einen Auszug vom syslog angehängt, ich denke er übergibt den bootvorgang an die SSD, aber warum läuft es dann?
Kann mir das vielleicht einer erklären?
