ich habe das Problem, dass bei mir das OSD bei Videos mit weniger als PAL-Auflösung zu klein und bei Videos größer PAL-Auflösung zu groß dargestellt wird (siehe Fernseherfoto).
Bildausgabe erfolgt über VDPAU mit vga2scart am guten alten Röhrenfernseher.
Mir scheint, dass das OSD von der Software auf Videogröße skaliert wird und dann vom Hardwareoverlay nochmal skaliert wird.
VDR ist 1.6.0-2,
