I am using vdr-1.6.0 on a gentoo box with rotor plugin. Since I updated something, might be glibc to 2.9, rotor plugin stopped working.
The problem is that the rotor does not move, and when I try to go into the plugin setup menu with the OSD, it freezes vdr and vdr restarts due to watchdog. All the other plugins work, and also vdr, except rotor plugin! I tried to compile vdr and all the plugins with gcc-4.1.2, I was able to get into rotor plugin menu, but the plugin does not move the rotor. I get the following messages in the log with gcc-4.1.1:

Compiled with gcc-4.3.3 I just see in the log:
