...so da sich meine bisherigen VDR-Kenntnisse immer nur auf Installation & Konfiguration von den fertigen VDR-Distros (LinVDR & easyVDR) beschränkt habe will ich den nächsten Schritt wagen und einen Server aufsetzen der nach und nach um weitere Aufgaben erweitert werden soll.
Als Basis habe ich mir Ubuntu ausgesucht, da ich schon eine Zeit lang die Desktopvariante genutzt habe, also CD gebrannt und Sources nach Hanno erweitert VDR installiert und erstmal nur ein paar plugins (vdradmin,streamdev-server, epgsearch, epgsearchonly, svdrpservice, femon) installiert.
Das funktioniert so weit:

-dvb-c
Jetzt würde ich noch gerne meine beiden Cinergy T2 ans laufen kriegen, aber die Suche hat mir nicht wirklich weitergeholfen. Muss die cinergy T2 speziell geladen werden (per modprobe)? Als test habe ich noch eine Avermedia 761 installiert um Empfangsprobleme auszuschliessen, aber da habe ich auch kein Bild, da die Firmware fehlt.

Wo finde ich die Firmware für die Avermedia 761, unter linuxtv.org habe ich nichts dazu gefunden? Und fehlt der CinergyT2 ebenfalls eine Firmware?
