how to set Brightness yavdr xine?

    my yavdr is dark compare to the other inputs


    theres a way to change the Brightness?


    i use xine frontend

    Yes, the video itself needs to be brighten up in those cases. The best way I found the last years was to deal with this value from xine's config file:


    Code
    # [0..65535], default: -1
#gui.vo_brightness:32500


    Within yaVDR you'll find it at "/etc/xine/config" and it is templated. So, if you want to keep value upgrade save, you need to create a template for it.


    As far as I remember is a value of 33000 equal to "0" means neutral and I dealt with values +/-500 or +/-1000 not more.
