sorry for my late answer, I had few problem with activy. hdd crash and some strange thing (for me) not yet solved but not related to your patch.

the driver works fine for me
zapping and image are stable
reception strength and BER work and are coherent with femon
the only thing not working is wirbelscan
with osd , the scan remain at 0%
with command w_scan, no channel available. (default parameter not good for me location as you mention before).
if you need extra info on this dvb-t card, let me know.

please post your working channels.conf
maybe the card needs some extra settings for inversion. The maintainer for w_scan and wirbelscan could probably add this in his code
