Mplayer ruckelt zeitweise bei MP4

Hallo,
wenn ich mir MP4s mit dem Mplayer (auf dem VDR) anschaue läufts zuerst ganz normal, jedoch nach ein paar minuten fängt das Bild und der Ton an zu ruckeln. Wenn ich nichts mache hört das auch wieder auf. Jedoch stimmt dann Ton und Bild nicht mehr zusammen (nur wenig, aber doch).
Zuerst hab ich mir gedacht das liegt am Netzlaufwerk, hab jedoch beim lokalem abspielen das gleiche Problem.
Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist, das beim abspielen die CPU Last auf ca 70% raufgeht und vom Speicher eigenlich nichts mehr übrig bleibt (5MB frei). Hab ich wirklich zu wenig Speicher?
Die MP4s hab ich übrigens mit Nero von DVD erzeugt (704x544, 25Fps, 1763kBps).

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Wo kann ich im encoder nachschauen, hab da keine Ahnung.

vdrconvert scheint nicht zu laufen:

eine codecs.conf gibts bei mir nicht.
hab mal mit -ac help mir die codecs anzeigen lassen:

Was ist das für eine Meldung:

Hab übrigens von der divx seite einen video versucht, ist das gleiche, ruckelt.

Was muß ich da mit lavc anstellen? Möglicherweise liegts ja daran, an der umwandlung zu mpeg2.

also das ich eine langsame cpu habe und nun scheint es zu klappen.
