Wahrscheinlich wurde die Frage schon mal im Forum gestellt bzw. nach einer Lösung des Problems gefragt, aber hab dazu jetzt einfach nichts finden können, was weiterhilft.
Ich hatte bisher eine Nexus-S drin und hab mir jetzt noch eine TT V1.6 gekauft, damit ich das AV-Board mit RGB-Ausgang nutzen kann. Jetzt stecken beide Karten drin und beide werden auch erkannt:

Mir ist zwar noch etwas rätselhaft, wieso da "rev1.3" steht, obwohl auf der Platine V1.6 steht, aber nu gut... Wenn ich einen "modprobe dvb_ttpci" mache, ist in /var/log/messages Folgendes drin:

Ich habe jetzt an dem Steckplatz, wo vorher die Nexus-S war, die TT V1.6 gesteckt und die Nexus-S zwei Slot's weiter runter, damit die Dinger nicht zu heiß werden - falls das noch ein Problem sein sollte. Die Nexus-S lief alleine vorher ohne Probleme. In /dev/dvb/ sieht's bei mir so aus:

Ich hab zwar gelesen, das sich die Major-Number jetzt auf 212 geändert hat, aber das hab ich schon ausprobiert und bringt nix. Aber OS seitig hab ich eh nix geändert. Das würd mich wundern, wenn ich jetzt da plötzlich was ändern müßte, blos weil eine neue Karte drin steckt. Vorher ging's ja auch.
Ich hab hier ein Debian Sarge am Laufen mit Kernel 2.6.6 Bzgl. Firmware sieht's so aus:
