    You can try to buy this Remote with USB Dongle:

    This remote is not the best choice for VDR or Linux in general.
    Other options are way more complicated so I'm afraid you will have big problems.


    Remote controls are always a little bit tricky so it is difficult to give you any help. I am sorry.

    There are some parameters for IR in the modules but I think there is no big chance of getting it to work.
