no one with this problem?!
I have the very same problem. I think it is because VDR doesn't support AAC yet.
It was working earlier in yaVDR 3.1 with XBMC's VDR Streamdev Client, but after an upgrade it is also stopped working.
So I hope AAC sound will be implemented in VDR, and then our problem will be solved.

Where did you get this Version from?

Its not working in VNSI XBMC or its also not working with xine/xineliboutput ? I read it now couple of times - but i dont see yet whats the cause. Has someone allready highlighted at vdr mailinglist ?
VNSI XBMC, xine and xineliboutput none of them work with me... but i tested a video file with that format of sound to play on xine and i didnt get sound, with xbmc i can get sound on that file but on tv i dont... i read somewhere it as something to do with ffmpeg.

Support for AAC-LATM have been added by Alex to the VNSI SERVER.

Hello
Is possible to apply this http://www.freak-search.com/de…with_new_aac_latm_support on yavdr?
tks
to my understanding these patches are for xine-1.1 , thereas we use xine-1.2 since 0.3 or earlier.
