    OK, I had 3 issues.

    1) I had to use media_build_experimental to get ngene/cxd2843/tda18212dd working on Digital Devices DVB C2/T2 V3 card and mini PCIe bridge.
    2) The cables that Digital Devices use are more delicate than they look and I've broken one when removing it. I'll buy new ones.
    3) w_scan doesn't detect DVBT2 channels on this h/w and seems to even find mention of them in frequency file confusing.

However, deleting the two bad tuners and getting mythtv to scan gets me all my SD and HD channels.

Many thanks for the great ongoing work on these drivers.

But even the new w_scan on my working tuner doesn't like DVB-T2.

With this in my frequency file -

    # T[2] <freq> <bw> <fec_hi> <fec_lo> <mod> <tm> <guard> <hi> [<plp_id>] [# comment]
    #----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    T2 634000000 8MHz 2/3 NONE QAM256 32k 1/128 NONE 0 # PSB3

    this command "./w_scan -c GB -I uk-EmleyMoor -a 3 -f t " give me

Where is it getting 0 kHz from?

Anyway, perhaps nothing to do with the drivers!

Thanks for the suggestion, and I've built and tried a new w_scan, but it doesn't make any difference.

I'm having issues with a Digital Devices mini PCI-e ngene board connected to two Duoflex C2/T2 cards that I'm (trying to!) use for UK Freeview, so DVB-T and DVB-T2.

After building media_build_experimental and installing those modules, I can see my hardware.

    mythtvuser@overkill:/usr/src/media_build_experimental$ lsdvb

Using "scan", the tuner is getting a signal but I'm not seeing any channels.

    And again no channels.

dvb-few-tool shows all adaptors set to DVBT.

So, it looks like we're turning but not seeing a transport stream?

I also tried media_build_experimental_work but get the same results.

Is this forum/thread a good place for me to ask about this?
Is there any more debug I can enable or anything else I can tweak?
