anscheinend arbeiten nicht soooo viele mit dem analogtv plugin, aber ich hätte da doch mal ein paar Fragen in der stillen Hoffnung, dass sich jemand erbarmt und mir das mal erklärt... (Die Readme ist bezogen auf die Funktionsweise nicht so toll ,-) oder ->

Ich habe eine DVB-C Karte mit einer Haupage WinTV (btt8 chip)
Dazu habe ich eine Soundkarte (sowhl eine interne udn eine PCI zum Testen)

Wie funzt jetzt das analogtv plugin???

Ich lauf nämlich da immer an ....

1. Das mit dem encodieren habe ich verstanden
2. wie läuft der Sound in die DVB-C Karte (Kabel nötig.???..)
3. Wie scanne ich analoge Programme und bringe sie in die Channel.conf
-> ich habe scntv laufen lasse und dann die Frequenz eingetragen -> baer juckt das Plugin nicht -> wenn ich xawtv starte und durch Zufall den Kanal auf ein Programm bekomme, dann kannich vdr mit analog starten und sehe etwas (ohne Ton)

Zur Info: Kabelnetz in der Nähe von Hamburg und getestet mit einem Videorecorder als Eingang....

ich habe folgendes Problem (vielleicht ja auch nur ein Verständnissproblem...)

Ich habe vdrconvert eingerichtet.

SVCD bricht mit MMX Fehler ab -> obwohl patch eingespielt wurde und auch das mjpeg entsprechend übersetzt... -> sprich beide Varianten gehen nicht...

Ich habe dann mpg eingerichtet.
Dort hat es mit einer kleinen Aufnahme auch super funktioniert.

Dann wollte ich eine schon geschnitene Aufnahme konvertieren und er hört nicht mehr auf...

wie soll ich das einstellen ???

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Nach erfolgreicher Installation (was man so erfolgreich nennt ohne Bild) kann ich den vdr mit dem analogtv Plugin starten, aber es gibt kein Bild. Der Encoder startet, aber es gibt nur Rauschen auf dem Bildschirm (Menü und so weiter funktioniert aber)

Ich habe den Versuch mit dem FAM aufgegeben, weil das einfach nicht gefunzt hat.

Nahdem ich nun das x-t Mal meine Sicherung eingespielt habe läuft der vdr seit einem Tag wieder wie gehabt mit allen Plugins (außer vdrconvert ,-( da muss ich noch ran...)

Es hilft manchmal in die Beschreibung zu schauen...

Ich dachte die Karte moduliert auf den UHF Ausgang ...

-> der ist gemäß Beschreibung aber nur durchgeschleift.... ,-(

Jetzt mit Chinch und Klinkenanschluss funzt das auch mit dem Bild!

Nachdem ich etwas schwierigkeiten hatte dies Nachricht loszuwerden (aber das ist anderes Thema) ->
Danke für den Hinweis.

Suse installiert freundlicherweise bei jeder Änderung den vdr und die dvb mit.
Waren aber nciht gestartet (falls Suse das nicht selber macht??)
Ich habe die wieder entfernt (so ca. das 10 Mal) und nun warte ich mal ab...

Dauert immer so ein paar Stunden bis das Problem auftritt ...

ich habe vor einigen Tage schon mal einen Thread gestartet mitz meinem Problem. Dort wurde mir gesagt ich müsste für den Komplettpatch das FAM installieren. Nachdem die Installation nciht funktioniert hat, habe ich den vdr neu aufgesetzt (so langsam hat man da ja Übung) und !!!!! natürlich den Komplettpatch nicht eingespielt....

Der Fehler ist freundlicherweise aber geblieben !!!!!!

Da ist auch kein Bild -> wobei das nicht blöd war, weil ich ehrlich da noch nciht nachgeschaut habe...
Soltle das Bild dort im Standard sein?

Hi Leute,

ich bin gerade dabei für einen Freund einen vdr für Kabel zu installieren und habe da jetzt ein Problem.

Alles sieht gut aus -> Treiber installiert und Lirc installiert und Plugins installiert (man wird ja mutig und macht erstmal....)
Jetzt habe ich einen Fernseher neben den Rechner gestellt und wollte den vdr starten -> Meldung in message log ist, dass jetzt die Fernbedienung angelernt werden soll - also alles gut...

Nur leider finde ich auf dem Fernseher den Kanal nicht auf dem die Karte ihr Bild ausgibt.

??? Auf welchem gibt die KArte den im Standard aus oder wo kannich das konfigurieren?

-> weil ansonsten mir die neue Version mit dem Komplettpatch gut gefallen hat, aber ein vdr der so nach ca. 20-30 Minutetn ins Nirvana geht hat halt nix.

Muss der famd mit rcfam gestartet sein oder reicht die fam Datei aus dem Verzeichnis des Komplettpatches?

seit meinem in anderem Posting schon beschriebenen Absturz und der Neuinstallation von SuSe 8.2 läuft mein vdr bicht mehr stabil.

Dazu gibt es jetzt einige Fragen zum Verständnis:

Ich habe meine Version vom vdr vor dem Absturz gesichert.
Beim Neuaufsetzen bin ich aber mit der neuesten Version gemäß Anleitung von Hubertus vorgegangen und habe danach den Komplettpatch eingespielt. Nun habe ich ein Problem mit der Laufstabilität (soll gemäß Hilfe aus dem Portal mit FAM gelöst werden, aber das bekomme ich nicht installiert). Wenn ich den Patch dafür einspielen möchte bekomme ich Meldung und Warnungen das schon gepatch wurde... Wenn jemand da weiter weiß wäre das toll....

ZUm Verständnis:
Wenn ich den vdr patch mache ich das ja auf das Makefile und die c und h-files.
Dann kompiliere ich den vdr mit make und kopiere das Ergebnis in mein Runverzeichnis.
Wenn ich also meine Sicherung nehme und das Verzeichnis usr/local/src und vdr komplett wiederherstelle, sollte ich doch die Version der Sicherung starten.
-> das klappt aber nicht -> ich habe immer noch das Problem mit dem FAM ???

Was wird bei der Installation am System geändert? Wird der Kernel auch verändert -> ich dachte das die Treiber per Modul geladen werden und der Kernel so ist wie bei Installation...

Also wenn mir jemand helfen kann wäre das toll -> bin seit ca. 2 Wochen ohne vdr und ziemlich genervt - sind ncoh Aufnahmen und Filme drauf die ich sehen wollte...

ich bin gerade dabei zu versuchen das FAM zu installeiren und stoße schon wieder auf Hindernisse...

Situation:

Ich habe den Komplettpatch drauf
FAM Server ist installiert (orig von Suse CD 8.2)

ram daemon gestartet (rcfam start ...) soweit so gut.

Wenn ich jetzt versuche den FAM Patch einzuspielen, bekomme ich Fehlermeldungen

wenn ich das mit y weitermachen lasse gibt es am Ende beim Kompilieren des vdr einen netten Fehler:

Ich nehme nun ext2 -> das läuft wenigstens...

der wieder Hoffnung hat...

Hi Leute,

nach einem Stromausfall hat sich mein VDR zerschossen. (reiserfs ist echt Mist...)

Nun habe ich mit einer kleinen Erweiterung das System neu aufgesetzt und laufe in bisher nicht gekannte Probleme...

Nexus -S Karte rev 2.1
Suse 8.2, vdr 1.2.5, Treiber vom 5.9, Plugins remote, mp3, weather, mplayer, osdteletext, mail und Komplettpatch

Wenn ich nun das System starte sieht alles gut aus. (außer so ein paar kleine Fehlermeldungen im log - hänge ich ran...) aber nach einiger Zeit hängt sich erst die Fernbedienung auf (orig. Hauppage) und dann startet der vdr jedesmal neu wenn ich eine Taste drücke. Das macht er so 10 Mal und dann ist Ende mit Bild...

Selbst ein Neustart der runvdr hilft nix... -> nur Neustart Rechner behebt das Problem....für die nächsten 30 Minuten ,-(
