I'm using updated 0.4 pre1, with Tevii S464 and bundled IR receiver working via lirc, usb wireless keyboard from logitech on amd mb with onboard nvidia gc. All these is working fine, since instalation (I only needed to tune lirc template a bit, and add s2-lilianin packages)
I'd like to replace IR with findtek usb remote from ebay.... I expected that after plug to usb I'll get new device in /dev/input/ and then I'll change 98-eventlircd.rules file which does not happen - no new device is created, do you have any idea what could be wrong with that? Seems to me to be some bug in ubuntu?
In usbmce.c the device is existing for 2.6.38...
