Ich möchte die GPU in der dom0 und auch dort den VDR. Die VM(domU) soll nur Netzwerk haben. Das lief mit Jammy sofort ohne zusätzliche Konfiguration.

Im Link steht ja auch : When using Intel GPU on Intel servers, the XenServer server’s Control Domain (dom0) has access to the integrated GPU device. Muss ich dafür trotzdem noch etwas konfigurieren? Eine GUI habe ich nicht installiert.

Hello,

ich habe mal wieder XEN installiert(apt install xen-system-amd64). Hatte das mit einer älteren Ubuntu Version schon mal gemacht. Habe aber jetzt mit Noble das Problem, dass der Treiber für die Intel-Grafik mit dem XEN Kernel nicht lädt:

Ich nutzte immer noch AndroVDR

Lässt sich wohl auf Android 14 nicht mehr direkt installieren, hatte ich nicht gemerkt.

Ich nutzte NeoBackup zum Sichern und Wiederherstellen der Apps. Damit habe ich auch unter Android 14 noch AndroVDR.

Braucht allerdings root.

Ich habe gestern Abend auf den Patch vdr-2.6.3-fix-deadlock-full.diff umgestellt, weil ich immer noch Aufhänger beim Verschieben hatte. Bisher keine Probleme mehr.

Ich habe das auch schnell mal getestet. Mit dem Patch vdr-2.6.3-fix-deadlock.diff klappt bei mir das Verschieben von Aufnahmen wieder.

Ich nutzte Yavdr. Hat sonst keiner das Problem oder verschiebt niemand Aufnahmen?

Bei mir hängt der VDR seit Version 2.6.2 auch beim Verschieben von Aufnahmen und es hilft nur ein Neustart.

Hello,

ich bin auch mal wieder zum Testen gekommen.

Ist ja großartig, dass es jetzt Ton gibt. Ich möchte mich hiermit bei allen bedanken, die dazu beigetragen haben!

Ich habe noch zwei Fragen:

-Welches Geräteprofil sollte ich bei meiner Logitech Harmony 555 verwenden? Habe schon ein paar probiert, aber immer müssen einige Tasten korrigiert werden.

-Welche Anpassungen sind für die Tonausgabe auf dem NUC11 nötig? Ich habe eine neue YAVDR Ansible Installation gemacht und das Plugin(softhdvaapi) aus dem git geholt, gebaut und installiert. Bekomme damit aber keinen Ton. Habe mich so an YAVDR gewöhnt und würde gern dabei bleiben.

Ich sehe da keinen Unterschied bei der Ausgabe von alsamixer -c1, wenn -a hdmi:CARD=PCH,DEV=0 in der conf steht oder nicht.

Da sind nur Master und PCM, habe ich beide auf 100. Und dann noch S/PDIF ohne Zahl und von 1 bis 11. Keiner gemutet.

Ach, ich hatte DP-3 in der grub Datei vergessen. Nun startet VDR auch und ich bekomme Bild.

Ansonsten kann ich auch nur deine Ergebnisse bestätigen. MPV macht Ton und Kodi auch. VDR nicht:(

VDR auf native gestellt. Jetzt muss ich noch den Start des vdr verhindern(systemctl disable vdr), dann höre ich das Rauschen beim speaker-test.

Ausgabe ist über HDMI, ja.

Ich habe den NUC am Eingang eines Denon AVR-X2300W, am Ausgang ein LG 55NANO917NA.

Mit dem NUC direkt am Fernseher hatte ich regelmäßige Tonaussetzer.

Nach der Installation von BM2LTS noch die Mediapartition vergrößert und dann startet ja schon Kodi. Im Audio-Menü das Ausgabegerät von "HDA Intel PCH, GSM LG TV SSCR2 on DisplayPort #0" zu "HDA Intel PCH, DON DENON-AVR on DisplayPort #1" umstellen, genauso auch bei Passthrough-Ausgabe. Und Ton ist da.

Bei DTS HD, Dolby TrueHD ist Ton wieder stumm bis zum Neustart. Enable Dolby Digital Transcoding finde ich jetzt nicht im Audio-Menü. Darüber bekam ich sonst trotzdem Ton.

Hab das aktuelle BIOS von hier: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us…e-patgl357.html

Wenn ich wieder zu Hause bin(heute Abend oder morgen) istalliere ich das neuste Image und mache die Tests.

In Kodi hatte ich Ton auch über HDMI, hab keinen Adapter. Nur bei Dolby TrueHD verschwindet der Ton immer und ich muss neu starten. Aber wenn ich im Audio-Menü den Haken bei Dolby TrueHD weg nehme und transkodieren anhake, bekomme ich auch da Ton.

Ist schon ein paar Tage her, muss das nochmal testen. Hab auch noch nicht das neuste Image drauf.

Ich habe seit ein paar Wochen auch den NUC11PAHi3. Es wäre sooo toll, wenn jemand eine Lösung für den Ton finden würde.
