Ein schönen guten Morgen,
ich habe meinen VDR jetzt fast fertig! Fehlt eigentlich "nur" noch das Aufwecken aus dem "Dornröschenschlaf".
Bin dabei nach dem Howto von:

Habe per guess_helper.sh alle Eingaben befolgt!
Aktiviert ja oder nein, soll wohl bedeuten, ob ich die Funktion des RTC im Bios an bzw. ausgeschaltet habe? Dann habe ich es entsprechend befolgt!
Muss ich danach die Einstellung einfach aktiviert lassen, oder muss ich bestimmte Werte eintragen, oder muss diese Funktion im Bios deaktiviert werden.
Wo ist eigentlich der Unterschied zwischen NWRAM- und ACPI-Wakeup?
Sind die beide gleich komfortabel? Dachte gelesen zu haben, das NWRAM zuverlässiger ist. Bin halt noch ganz "frisch" bei diesem Thema.

Doch er hat wohl Probleme diese Daten ins Bios zu übergeben?!
Habe in der Commandline mal mit der Option --directisa sowie ohne probiert! Kein Unterschied!
In die Datei /etc/init.d/bootmisc.sh trägt man (am besten noch vor allen anderen Anweisungen) folgendes ein:
/usr/bin/set_timer
diese liegt bei mir aber unter
/usr/sbin/set_timer

Wobei ich die erste rev. habe, dann müsste die ersten Angaben greifen. Doch mit diesem Syntax kann ich in Bezug auf die durch guess_helper erstellte Datei nur teilweise etwas anfangen.
Wie setzt man diese Infos um?

Scheint genau so vorhanden bzw. scheint zu greifen!
Wenn ich den VDR über OSD herunterfahre, fragt er mich ob ich wirklich herunterfahren möchte, da noch ein Timer ansteht. Danach kommt die Fehlermeldung konnte NWRAM nicht schreiben. (sinngemäß)
