    Yes that should do it.

    My solution is letting the TV run in standby...

    Tgere are maybe better solutions available...

    (= I took edid.bin from /sys/class/drm, prepared initramfs and set the kernel parameters, did not configure xorg.conf.d as I couldn't figure out a working set)
