vdr4arch: VDR 2.7.3 Update

Hallo,

ich hab mal im Schnellverfahren auf 2.7.3 upgedated.

Jetzt trennt sich die Spreu vom Weizen. Da is ne Menge rausgeflogen:

So we did overlap: https://github.com/tmn505/vdr4arch/commits/tmn505. Check the "vdr: bump version to 2.7.3" commit, I did import some patches from forum and seahawk1986, which resulted in only burn and dfatmo plugins not building.

Oh. Sorry. I had some spare time so I decided to quickly try to make as much as possible build again.

Maybe I'll find the time to port each individual change over in the next days. Actually I do not want to have any patches imported at all. There are individual projects on the vdr-projects organization. Even if the patch is not immediately merged, it should at least be placed as Pull Request to the projects and then downloaded from there.

From the ones failing I only use suspendoutput and sometime femon. These are not managed in vdr-projects and I'm not author of these patches. I'll carry them in my fork.

Not yet. When introduced I didn't want to bother with additional library, but since it's packaged now I'll try it in few days.

To be honest I also don't like the idea of an additional library but I also don't feel like maintaining another version. And the additional library already is needed for some other plugins.
