Skinnopacity missing icons

Hello everyone,
first of all I would like to thank people developing the skinnopacity plugin. I love it
Using yaVDR 0.5 I installed the plugin with apt-get install vdr-plugin-skinnopacity
but I am having missing icons "Applications, System, Timer" in the main menu
I try to add those missing icons(Applications.png, System.png, Timer.png) to /usr/share/vdr/plugins/skinnopacity/icons/default/menuIcons and restart
still no icons showing for "Applications, System, Timer"

furthermore there is no entry in the syslog relative to skinnopacity.
from old messages in the forum I realize that I have to activate the logging in the VDR menu (system -> log), but from my VDR menu I don't have that option.

so my question is how to turn on logging for skinnopacity and overcome missing icons?

Actually these icons are not there for specific themes. louis, the writer of the skin, is not using yaVDR. They exist for some themes that were created by other users.

You were mislead by the name default. default stands not for default icon path. It stands for the default theme. So if you are using a theme different than default and it does not have these special icons they will not be found, because the skin is looking in the root folder.

I hope it was not too confusing:

/usr/share/vdr/plugins/skinnopacity/icons is the default lookup path for all themes in case they do not have their own icons.

/usr/share/vdr/plugins/skinnopacity/icons/default is the path for the default theme.

Which theme are you using?

Which version of the skin do you have installed? In the latest versions you can turn the logging on/off in the settings.

@ Ramires I was aware about the theme choice (default darkred green and others)
BooStar I tried the code you gave to me and it indeed worked
finally I check the difference between my previous setup and the one from Ramires and I realized that I just have to create the extraIcons folder for every theme.
