    Eine meiner Platten kommt in die Jahre und macht in idle Zeiten frequente monotone ratternde Aktuatorgeräusche alle paar Sekunden und der Selbsttest der 1 Minute dauern soll dauert jetzt 5-10 Minuten. Sonst kein merklicher Performanceverlust.
    Und bisher ca. 3x wurde sie beim Booten vom BIOS nicht erkannt.
    SMART Automatic Offline Testing ist aus, macht sie vielleicht aber trotzdem.


    Ist ne Seagate Barracuda 7200.7, kennt jemand den Effekt?
