    Danke für den Tip mit der HDD-Notfall-Warnung, einfach aber wirkungsvoll.


    Das mit dem großen, langsam drehenden Lüfter finde ich auch sinnvoll, ist jedoch aufgrund der beengten Platzverhältnisse nicht so einfach umsetzbar.
    Ich habe mal 2 Bilder angehängt, wo man sehen kann, dass die Cine S2, die neben der GPU sitzt, den Luftstrom weitestgehend blockiert.
    Aufgrund der Höhe des CPU-Kühlers hat dort nur ein (80x80x)15 mm hoher Lüfter Platz.
    Ich hätte da gerne einen 120x120er Lüfter reingesetzt, aber die gibt es m. W. nicht mit max. 20 mm Dicke...
    Schade, dass Netzteil- und CPU-Lüfter anscheinend zuwenig Luft in Richtung GPU blasen und somit der Mini-Blasebalg notwendig wird.

    Danke für den Hinweis mit der (Festplatten-)Belüftung.
    Ich wollte eigentlich so wenige Lüfter-Lärmquellen in meinem VDR wie möglich.
    Aber die Stabilität/Zuverlässigkeit des VDR geht mir ganz klar vor.
    Ich habe schon an meiner Hardware (Mainboard, Netzteil, SAT-Karte, etc. pp.) gezweifelt.
    Die Probleme sind auch erst in letzter Zeit stärker aufgetreten, wo die Raum-Temperaturen höher waren.
    Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, beginnende Festplatten-Probleme mittels smartmon-Tools und z.B. svdrsend.pl als Warnhinweis am TV auszugeben.
    Also bevor sich die Platte ggf. ganz verabschiedet und wenige TB Aufnahmen und MP3's nicht zugreifbar sind?

    Wärmeleitpaste vergessen ?

    nein, ich habe zwar nur eine dünne Schicht Wärmeleitpaste verwendet, aber ich wollte die CPU ja nicht isolieren sondern die Wärme ableiten.
    Dass die CPU nicht so heiß wird, das zeigt ja auch die Temperatur-Anzeige von Core1..4 von sensors.


    Das mit dem Fieberthermometer war ein Spaß, ich nehme jetzt das Braten-Thermometer, bloß wo ist die weiche Stelle bei der Nvidia? :D

    Wie sieht es mit den Temperaturen aus?


    Hallo Albert,


    von meinem Gefühl her, würde ich sagen, dass die Temperaturen im grünen Bereich sind.
    Ich habe gerade mal das system-info-Plugin installiert, damit ich die CPU- und MB-Temperatur sehen kann.
    Leider bringt er keine Temperatur-Ausgaben damit. Ich hatte aber mal letztens die Temperatur der CPU, bzw. des Kühlers gefühlt - leicht handwarm...
    Kann so ein defekter ESR-Elko auf dem MoBo schuld sein? Das ASUS-Mainboard ist m. E. nicht mit schlechten Elkos bestückt...

    N'abend,


    mein VDR5 hat irgend ein Wehwehchen. Er schmiert nach recht kurzer Zeit ab und mag nicht mehr mit mir reden.
    Ich habe mal die üblichen Verdächtigen überprüft:


    beide F-Stecker festgeschraubt,


    Cine S2 auf richtigen Sitz geprüft, und sicherheitshalber


    'sudo apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade' durchgeführt.


    Der Systemabsturz äußert sich in der Art, dass manchmal das Bild in einer gleichmäßigen Farbe (war schon mal grün, zuletzt braun - hab leider keine RAL-Farbkarte ;D ) erscheint.
    Jetzt eben, auch mal schwarz. Kurze Tonstörungen - dann geht nichts mehr. Der VDR ist netzwerkmäßig nicht mehr erreichbar. Die Betriebs-LED leuchtelt noch, also ist die Spannungsversorgung noch da.
    Da das leider schon mehrfach passiert ist, habe ich nun in einem putty-Fenster eine dmesg-Ausgabe in einer Endlosschleife laufen lassen.
    Das Problem ist nur, das Problem bzw. die Wanze festzunageln!

    Hallo VDR'ler,


    ich habe den Wunsch, die Musik-Visualisierung :wow (weiss nicht, wie ich das besser beschreiben kann, Picsel-Show?), die ich unter meinem alten easyVDR unter "Medien abspielen" aufrufen konnte, auch auf meinem yaVDR zu bekommen. Das fand ich prima, Musik so zu untermalen.
    Ich habe leider nichts gefunden, wie ich das unter yaVDR 0.4 hinbekommen kann.

    Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand weiterhelfen kann...
    Der easyVDR ist noch lauffähig...
