  • neue nova-t karte läuft nicht

    ich habe den neuen kernel eingespielt, aber leider wird die karte immer noch nicht erkannt. die nexus-s (rev.2.3) finde ich in den logs, aber eben die nova-t nicht!
    ich bin langsam am verzweifeln!!!
    sind die neuen karten so anders, dass die alten treiber nicht funktionieren?


    hat sonst noch jemand eine idee, oder hat das gleiche problem?

    also meine karte läuft in meinem rechner, zumal ich für den vdr auch meinen "alten" rechner (P4 2,4Ghz...) benutze, der meinem laptop weichen mußte. unter windoof läuft die karte ohne probleme, aber wie gesagt unter linvdr eben nicht!?


    vielleicht mache ich auch nur einen anwenderfehler, aber ich denke ich habe schon sehr viel ausporbiert und getestet!

    kannst du mir bitte genau die befehle schreiben, die ich eintippen muss, um der karte neue treiber zu verpassen. wie gesagt, ich habe nicht wirklich viel erfahrung mit linux. wie kann ich denn herausfinden, welchen modulnamen ich noch nachtragen muß?

    hallo alle zusammen


    ich bin dabei, einen vdr mit linvdr aufzusetzten. ich habe die NEXUS-S ref.2.3. die karte läuft auch (glaube ich zumindest, da ich mom noch kein sat-empfang habe). Ich sehe zumindest das vdr-menü auf meinem fernseher.
    jetzt habe ich mir eine nova-t gekauft um die zeit bis ich endlich sat habe zu überbrücken.
    ich habe die karte eingebaut, aber ich bekomme immer die meldung "Kanal nicht verfügbar"!!! ich habe die channels.conf mit den daten aus dem vdr-wiki gefüttert, also nehme ich an, dass diese richtig ist.
    was mache ich falsch. ich habe linvdr nochmal komplett installiert, aber auch das brachte keinen erfolg.


    ich habe leider nur sehr wenig erfahrung mit linux, weiß also nicht wirklich wie man nachguckt, welche module und treiber und sowas wo und wie geladen werden und wo nicht!


    könnt ihr mir helfen!?
