i saw a post in German but I did not understand anything
to translate the Italian menu items not in the VDR which file should I change?

I dont know if this file is just for webfrontend or for vdr too, but look at this:

I think xzero2 means the Italian translation of VDR OSD. The web frontend is a different area.
This problem is a bit complex:
1) We currently have the problem that an amount of labels is hardcoded in the pearlhd skin in German language, especially some of the red-green-yellow-blue labels at the bottom.
2) It's our fault that main menu item #5 is only available in German: "Applikationen". We have to solve that issue.
3) Then, it could be possible that the language labels of VDR core itself need an update. But this is improbable because Klaus often updates the language files of VDR core.
I have opened a bugreport in our bugtracker for 1) and 2):

Regarding problem "XBMC will not start".
1) In a VirtualBox it will not start because of missing OpenGL.
2) Please follow this discussion which is partly available in English: yaVDR 0.1.1 : XBMC startet nicht mehr
