Burn macht Probleme, schreibt bis 98% und dann bricht er ab

  • Hallo zusammen,


    ich habe die aktuelle Toxic-Tonic Installation.


    Leider bricht Burn bei 98% ab.


    Im Log steht einmal:

    Die Hardware ansich muss funktionieren, da es mit einer anderen Distri geht.

    Bislang nicht (s.o.). Welche Versionen verwendest Du ausserdem, und könntest Du uns auch das Burn-Log zur Verfügung stellen, da sieht man meist mehr bzw. überhaupt erst was die eigentlich am Vorgang beteiligten Prozesse melden.

  • Ich fürchte mit dm Update auf CVS wird nix, oder ist Burn wieder GCC 2.95.4-Kompatibel? ;)

  • Das Problem wollte ich auch schon melden. Bei mir bricht burn auch des öfteren bei 99% ab in letzter Zeit... Wenn ich DVDs mit 2 Filmen erstellen will, eigentlich immer, bei DVDs mit 1 Film nur gelegentlich. War aber nicht immer so, evtl. liegt es an einem der letzten Updates?

  • also ich kann seit ich auf VDR 1.4.x updatet habe (bzw. das entsprechende Packet inc VDR und den plugins von cody und später von toxic) auch keine Filme mehr brennen, hatte da auch schon einen eigenen Thread dazu.


    Früher (k.A. welche version es war 0.0.8?)konnte man noch zwischen Image und/oder brennen wählen, nun ist das nicht mehr so. Oder ist das nur bei mir so?

    Der Hase im Pfeffer liegt jedenfalls hier - er will brennen UND ein ISO anlegen gleichzeitig, und das klappt nicht weil der ISO-Pfad nicht gesetzt, oder falsch gesetzt ist. In Ermangelung der Kenntnis zur 0.0.9 würde ich mal fragen "Parameter -i korrekt gesetzt?". Bei der 0.1.0 wüsste ich mehr ;)

  • Ok, also mit LinVDR kann man das Problem mit dem fehlenden ISO-Verzeichnis wohl umgehen, wenn man das burn-Plugin über setup deaktiviert und es manuell in die /etc/init.d/runvdr einfügt, wobei man dann per Parameter (siehe auch Wiki) das ISO-Verzeichnis angeben kann. Nach dieser Änderung ist dann die Auswahl der Möglichkeiten im burn-Menü größer.


    Ich habe mal zur Veranschaulichung meine runvdr angehängt.
