    Ob das mit der SSH-Freigabe funktioniert kann ich nicht sagen.
    Ich stelle den VDR mal bei meiner Firewall mal für nen Stündchen in die DMZ.

    also ich würde Dir empfehlen, das ganze nochmal mit nem neuaufgesetzten Gen2VDR zu probieren (evtl. interaktive Installation ohne Backup von configs, usw.)! Dann mal kein dvb_update.sh und wie helau schon empfohlen hat nur mal mit einer Karte probieren. Geh meine Anweisungen nochmal Punkt für Punkt durch (evtl. nach den "detect"-Sachen mal nen Neustart!?). Nach "modprobe ivtv" kannst Du auch mal schauen, was "dmesg" ausgibt und evtl. hier posten. Sollte nach "./w_pvrscan ..." noch die Fehlermeldung kommen, dann "modprobe -r ivtv" nochmal "modeprobe ivtv" und "./w_pvrscan..."! So lief es zumindest bei mir dann irgendwann.

    Wie versprochen habe es noch einmal genau nach deinen aktualisierten Anweisungen versucht.
    Nachdem dieses nicht funktionierte habe ich zusätzlich noch
    sh /_config/bin/dvb_update.sh
    ausgeführt.
    Jetzt hatte ich nachdem ich die Channels.conf angepasst hatte wenigstens schon mal wieder Schnee.


    ./w_pvrscan -p pvrinput >> /etc/vdr/channels.conf
    gab danach folgendes aus:


    w_pvrscan version 20060415
    -_-_-_-_-_-_-Initializing TV card-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
    Info: using IVTV adapter auto detection.
    Info: Using ivtv device /dev/video0
    Info: Card is Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150.
    ERROR: IVTV_IOC_G_CODEC failed: Invalid argument


    Beim ausführen von sh /_config/bin/dvb_update.sh bekam ich auch schon diese Fehlermeldung. Woran kann das liegen?

    bin heute auf diesen Thread gestoßen, da ich vor einem ähnlichen Problem stehe. Habe hier ne Activy 350 natürlich mit Gen2Vdr. Jetzt war ich gerade dabei mich an die channels.conf zu machen. Leider mußte ich feststellen, dass der Link zum "w_pvrscan" down ist. Könnte mir jemand dieses Tool zukommen lassen? Dat wäre goil.... :]
