softhddrm (softhdcuvid): Keine Dolby-Tonausgabe auf Intel NUC11PAHi3

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze die BM2LTS-Distro auf einem NUC11PAHi3.

Hierin wird softhddrm im Standard genutzt.

Leider habe ich auf Dolby-Kanälen, z.B. beim Sender tagesschau 24 HD (sendet in Dolby 2.0) keinerlei Audioausgabe.

Anderes Zeug: Reelbox Avantgarde 1 / 2 (defekt; nicht im Einsatz) / 3, Reelbox NetClient 2 (nicht im Einsatz), Nvidia Shield TV Pro, Plex Server auf Eigenbau-NAS

Zuletzt hatte ich noch verschiedene Kombinationen des -w Workaround-Schalters in der softhddrm.conf versucht; allerdings sämtlich erfolglos:

haben nichts ergeben. Auch nicht in Kombination mit den workarounds.

Zusätzlich hatte ich nochmals kontrolliert, dass die Lautstärkesteuerung auf Hardware eingestellt ist.

Apropos Workarounds:

Den -w Schalter hatte ich korrekt genutzt? > Also einfach die Workaround-Texte dahinter leerzeichengetrennt aufführen?

Du machst aber nach den Änderungen in der *.conf auch ein route66 mit Deiner Hardwarewahl vom System, damit keine "alten/falschen" Einträge in der setup.conf verbleiben?

Dieser Wert entsteht, wenn ich in der GUI auswähle:

Eine Einstellung auf 0 wäre in der GUI dann Pass-Trough-Standard aus:

13 sollte gemäß der README doch der richtige Wert sein, wenn ich will, dass alle Audio-Arten pass-through`ed werden sollen.

Mit einem route66 hat sich nichts geändert bezüglich meinem Problem.

Allerdings wird dann auch z.B. meine Auswahl in der setup.conf wieder zurückgesetzt, z.B. auf "Lautstäreregelung: Software" und es gibt auch wieder Einträge mit SAT-Sendern in der setup.conf.

Ein route 66 ist also nicht gerade sehr komfortabel was meine bereits getroffenen Einstellungen betrifft. > Sicher, dass das muss?

Ich habe gerade einmal eine Aufnahme via BM2LTS von ARD genommen die in Dolby 5.1 ausgestrahlt wurde. Daraus habe ich mit MKVToolNix eine MKV erzeugt welche nur die 5.1-Audiospur enthält.

Diese Datei habe ich dann auf dem BM2LTS im MPV-Player abgespielt. Und siehe da: Dort hat es nun endlich einen Dolby 5.1 Ausgabe!

Leider erklärt mir das natürlich noch nicht, warum es im VDR nicht läuft...

BTW: cinfo Mit welcher Taste bzw. Tastenkomination oder überhaupt würde man im MPV-Player eine Audiospur auswählen gesetz dem Fall die Datei hätte mehrere Audiospuren?

Since I got a working Dolby Sound with the MPV-Player by playing a MKV-File of a DVB-Recording with just the Dolby-Audio-Track left in it and since the fact that in mpv.conf there is also just set -a alsa/hdmi:CARD=PCH,DEV=0 I deduct the following:

a) MPV-Player as well as the softhddrm-Plugin should just use the same audio-output

b) this audio-output is being handled through alsa which is the basic audio system in linux

So now I further deduct: If I got sound through the MPV-Player with using the same basic linux audio system where I didn`t get that sound with softhddrm than both softwares somehow must do different things with the audio in "themselves".

So would it be a possibility to find out why it does not work with softhddrm for my setup if we look at what does mpv different with the audio compared to softhddrm?

Unfortunately for this my knowledge is not good enough but maybe you two could shade a light?

versuche doch mal das OSD zu öffnen (hier die Taste mit dem Windows-Logo auf der FB) und dann die grüne Taste für Audio

Dolby-Testdatei unter MPV: Funktioniert genau wie Sie soll; es kommt sogar Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 raus!

VDR: Keine Veränderungen; über softhddrm erfolgt keinerlei Ausgabe von Dolby-Ton.

What do you think about my previous posting? Finding the difference in audioprocessing in MPV vs. softhddrm. There must be something that MPV does somehow different.
