[osdteletext] 1.0.6 released

Enhancement:

• add 24-line mode option
• add %-based top/left offset

Fixes:

• some fixes related to 24-line mode option and double call of CleanDisplay
• fix 'half' mode

Unfortunatly, still a leftover bug found - fixed in 1.0.6

again found low prio bugs, several DrawRectangle missed - 1

• one is related to the OSD background which was the reason for the 1 pixel black border on right/bottom
• another was is related to DrawChar, not really visible
