    http://192.168.99.130:8002/cgi-bin/reelhttp.sh?rbc

.........but Livetv is not working . :(

    Thanks.

  • Hi cinfo ,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

IP address 192.168.99.0/24 is not in any streamdevhost.

    I copy/paste 192.168.99.0/24 into all the attachments , is this correct ?

In any case i still have no Livetv . :(

    Thanks.

  • Hi, hope everybody here having a good Christmas day.:)

I am still using original Reelbox unmodified with nvidia 720 card.

Before i buy a replacement board i am experimenting.

This is what i have done or tried to do for Live tv to work in

    http://192.168.99.130:8002/cgi-bin/reelhttp.sh?rbc :

I have included in the file ( steamdevhost.conf and streamdev-server plugin and in setup.conf 192.168.99.0/24.

However, no Live tv - no netceiver found - unable to connect to 192.168.99.130. :wand

Is there an option when installing bm2lts to :

    - No ehd , internal netceiver for Reelbox 2 ?

    Many thanks again.

    Copy/paste into all p.streamdev-client.conf files ? yes
    Copy/paste into all p.streamdev-server.conf files ? yes
    Copy/paste into all streamdevhosts.conf files ? yes

    - Open windows 7 in virtualbox ( i do not have seperate pc with windows 7 ).

    - Copy/paste into Firefox web browser ( flash plugin 24 is installed )

    http://192.168.99.130:8002/cgi-bin/reelhttp.sh?vdradmin

Select Live tv and nothing . :wand

These 2 ip addresses are different , should they be the same ) ?

    http://192.168.99.130:8002/cgi-bin/reelhttp.sh?vdradmin
    http://192.168.99.130:8001/vdradmin.pl?aktion=tv_show&full_tv=1

The ip addresses are on different networks but if i change 8001 to 8002 you get address not found.

Many Thanks for your help and patience.

  • Hi,

    what comes here
    http://192.168.99.130:3000/channels.html

Should look like this (picture) --> If this page is not displayed, the error is in the setup.conf

Start the change of the setup.conf with

    Code
    1. killall -g vdr

    (stop vdr)

Search for these entries and change them
    No copy and paste

    Reboot >>> done

    Grüße
    cinfo

  • Hi cinfo,

I do not get that image picture, i get the image attached :

    http://192.168.99.130:3000/channels.html

Still no Live tv . I can see the menu and tv/sat channels being selected in vdr display in Reelbox but no picture.

I did copy/paste all and still nothing.

Do you need to use Reelbox Desktop with virtualbox or just in Reelbox ?

I don´t know what is wrong.

    Many thanks for helping.

  • Hi,

your vdr is not working on any eth0 or eth1 Port with IP4 --> so you will never have livetv in a browser.

Please make a new Installation und take the script from route66 to set the IP4 addresses to your VDR and tools/plugins

  • Hi cinfo,

I managed to get Live tv through browser working but there are many problems , probably due to my lack of understanding.

I was thinking of buying the Kontron ktqm 77 but this board has no pci slot but only one pcie .

This is the reason i tried to get live tv to work but not to watch tv but to help me set up Reelbox - that is search channels.

You can not search tv channels , it is impossible for me. The experts on this forum might be able to but i need something easy. :)

So , i must wait for Kontron ktq flex77 board to be available again.

Thank you so much for all your help.

    Many thanks again.

PS : the donation link does not work.

  • Hi cinfo,

I took a break and refreshed have come back to the test. :]

Ok, so i have Live tv through vlc plugin but the picture is very bad - choppy video playback.

1 - Is it possible to feed the video through smplayer ? I say this because i have software acceleration through Nvidia gt 720 gpu.

    2 - How do you make a search for tv/sat channels ?

The address used is and the attachment image below :_

If it is possible to make a channel search and display this on screen - this would be fantastic.

    Many thanks.

  • Hi cinfo,

That is a .m3u file which gives a list of pre-installed channels and also in vlc gives error when you drag/drop . (please see attachment)

I was thinking of a complete tv and satellite scan .(please see image below in attachment )

The observation made is that the page on screen is in a paused state and maybe the scan is active but you can not see the tv/satellite channels being scanned in .

    Many thanks.

  • Hi,

no, please do only what I have shown you (wait for the list "*.m3u") and VLC starts automatically without errors. After this you can save the file.

  • Hi cinfo,

    I go to :

RBC > zapping list > wait 10sec vlc displaying but is static or vlc with errors .

    Please See Attachments .

    IP address :

192.168.1.33 and 192.168.99.130 giving errors. :wand

    Many thanks.

  • Hi,

PLEASE DO THIS (Zapperliste für das VLC-Streamen) -> NO RBC LIST
