epgd/epg2vdr: Fragen rund um backend, Installation und Upgrade

  • Ok, ich habe es gefunden. Mein script hatte mir einen alten daemon installiert.

  • Die Beschreibung von Jörg passt chronologisch nicht, zuerst die Pakete aktualisieren, dann den Dämon starten was einige Zeit dauern kann bis er er neuen Spalten drin hat, und dann erst die Statements hinterher.

  • Na dann, nächster Versuch... ein epgd-tools -drop-all abgesetzt, in der Hoffnung, dass man sich zumindest die Usertabellen wegsichern kann. Zumindest war das ja mal angekündigt. Bong...


    es gibt ein epgd-dropall Script, das macht was du suchst

  • Habs dann selber aus meinen "Aufzeichnungen" rausgefischt, wie das richtig geht. Zudem kam noch hinzu, dass ich in einem anderen Subnetz unterwegs war, dass ich nicht in die mysql db eingetragen hatte. Mittlerweile läufts wieder, bekomme aber beim Anzeigen der Infos zu einer Sendung die angehängte Fehlermeldung. Stimmt wohl irgendwas noch nicht, obwohl ich die DB gedropt und neu aufgebaut hatte (ohne die Userdaten zu löschen).

  • hast du das immer oder hilft refresh im Browser? Kommt dazu eine Meldung vom epghttpd im Log?

  • Hat sich grad erledigt. Da fehlte noch ein Update vom epgd. Jetzt gehts.

    ich habe gestern das Update auf die http-Version gewagt (Frodo testing für yaVDR 6, trusty), was auch nach ein wenig basteln (mysql und die richtige Konfiguration der PPA) gut geklappt hat. (kein apt-pinning notwendig?)
    (DVB-C (Netcologne), mit EPG vom VDR und TVM)


    Das einzige was gerade nicht klappt sind die Channellogos, kann mir dazu jemand einen Tipp geben?

    ich hab dann mal auch auf http geswitcht. Leider klappt es aber noch nicht so wie ich möchte.


    epgd und das epg2vdr habe ich aus dem ppa von Frodo. (Danke dafür)
    epgd in eine frische VM mit Ubuntu Server 14.04 installiert. Soweit scheint es auch zu laufen. Der Webserver zeigt Bilder und EPG. Daten vom VDR werden allerdings nicht angezeigt.
    das epg2vdr Plugin habe ich auch aus dem Frodo- ppa. Auffällig ist, das der VDR häufig abstürzt, wenn ich ins Pluginsetup gehe.
    Ein EPG wird auch nicht auf den VDR kopiert.

  • ist in dem Paket wirklich die 1.0.6 oder bedeutet 1.0.6-76 das es die 1.0.76 ist.
    So alt das es die 1.0.6 ist kann es doch nicht sein wenn das Plugin fast bleeding edge ist .... ?
