yeah, all tuners are connected and the vdr box is the only device accessing the DSI 400.

So, it seems the proposed settings do also help, but there's an other issue.

I don't know what that "invalid status code" does mean, but jerky video is also very common on internal DVB devices if the connection is not ok, for whatever reason. So, are all of the 4 coax cables good, proofed to work?

it is connected with quattro mode, the satelite setup is working just fine, it works here for a sat head end for 200 apartments and i connected the dsi parallel to it. The one cable for ZDF HD as in my example (just to be sure that it was that one) works fine with dvbviewer and http stream (no idea how i get the rtsp url working in vlc).

Now after some time running i get some more errors:

Well you could grab one from VDR:

One point to think about, let's assume, you're the only GSSBOX user still having issues, all others not, using same plugin. Do you still think it's an issue with the plugin?

but this seems just wrong since the channel wasn't ORF HD, it was ZDF HD and if i check the details in the url it seems to be ZDF HD as well but the url doesn't start in vlc.

I don't know if it's still a plugin issue, but the difference between the dvbviewer system and the vdr system are only: linux vs. windows, vdr + plugin vs. dvbviewer, of course it could be that dvbviewer is just more error tolerant.

i tried now also the 7.36 debian package (checked it also in the vdr log SATIP: Using CURL 7.36.0 rtsp)

But still the same, even though a bit less errors in the log as it seems.

The session id bug is fixed in 7.36.0, so that's a recommended version. Anyway, I can't help without better debug information: a tcpdump capture would be perfect while zapping.

You're having multiple concurrent sessions and their sessions get invalidated all the time. Somehow your GSSBox is using a 5s timeout, but the specification says:

Hi,

after some health issue and a dead linux setup...i'm back.

So i set the timeout settings as suggested and also made some speed measurements with iperf, (96 megabyte/second with <1% lost datagrams), so that should be fine.

The timeout setings helped for the errors in the log, but sadly i still get artefacts

Which vdr-distribution has the satip plugin implemented?
I cannot find any information. Or do i have to compile it on my own?
I want to to test it with my new Elgato 4Sat, which works fine with my Mac Pro, but unfortunately not with my Hackintosh (Some graphic/memory issues).
