Also inputlircd muss vor dem X-Server gestartet werden (bzw. der X-Server muss angewiesen werden das Gerät zu ignorieren). IMHO ist es sinnvoll wenn inputlircd auf das Gerät exklusiv zugreift und alle Tasten weiterrecht (standardmäßig ignoriert er die < 88 )
Schau mal ob sowas klappt (am besten SSH-Zugriff von außen sicherstellen, falls er sich unerwünschterweise die Tastatur greift):Code# Options to be passed to inputlirc. EVENTS="/dev/input/event*" OPTIONS="-g -m 0 -n \"Media Center Ed. eHome Infrared Remote*\""
Ansonsten kannst du per udev-Regel auch einen eindeutigen Link zum Gerät anlegen lassen und den als einziges Event-Gerät übergeben (das -n "symbolic name" sollte man dann weglassen können).Alternativ sollte natürlich auch das remote-Plugin damit funktionieren.

da kommen jetzt bei irw ausgaben

mal eine Frage, meinst Du mit SMT FB die FB von der SMT-7020s?
Wenn ja, dann geht es glaube ich nicht. Mir war so als wenn die nicht Standardkonform sendet und damit auch nicht mit einem normalen IR Empfänger empfangen werden kann. Bin mir aber nicht mehr so sicher.

ich habe eine mit BM2LTS laufen / da geht die einigermaßen schnelljetzt beim pi reagiert die mit der alten config sehr oft gar nicht / dann wieder mal 2-10 sekunden sehr gut :-/

Ich habe die FB von einer S100 mit einem TSOP 31256 oder 38, weiß nicht mehr genau. Die sendet RC6 und funzt eigentlich ganz gut unter OpenElec.
Ich musst den lircd killen, dann mit irrecord anlernen und dann als lircd.conf ablegen. Einen Aufruf lircd /storage/meine.conf ging auch nicht. Aber nach einem Neustart lief das dann mir irw. -
Habe ich oben ja gemacht (das mit irrecord)
da sind die tasten nur so geflutscht
aber die conf geht dann im betrieb nicht
die alte conf die ich bei BM2LTS nutze geht aber nu / halt zT. sehr sporadisch.
die FB von der S100 ist um längen schneller / aber liegt nicht so gut und der hand . -
UPDATE
Das Problem mit der nicht reagierenden FB ist die Nähe zum Empfänger
geht man einen meter zurück und ist keine 10-20 cm entfernt flutscht die Fernbedienung
