[patches] Extension patch fur vdr-1.7.27 basiert auf mini vdr patch erweitert mit TTXTSUBS, NALUDUMP und LIVEBUFFER

Hi!

Great to see that this patch exists! Unfortunately can't find the Livebuffer in my settings after i compiled this.. Is there something that i need to do in an other way.. Now i did a "make"

Oh, silly of me.. Indeed the patch updated the Make.config

Unfortunately i get now compilation errors:
