Also ich nutze seid Jahren die oNet erst mit DVB-S jetzt mit DVB-C und satip-plugin, kann nur dagen hatte nie Probleme damit.

Das sind 2 verschiedene Deinterlacer. Mpeg2 wird per software decodiert und mit bwdif deinterlaced.
H264 geht über den hardware decoder und sollte den deinterlace_v4l2m2m Filter nutzen. -

Klar, das ist mir bekannt. Allerdings ist das flackern bei RTL SD (sendet auch interlaced, allerdings in mpeg2) nicht sichtbar. -

Die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender senden alle in progressive mode (720p), bei dem kein de-Interlacing nötig ist.
Während die privaten Sender 1080i (interlaced) verwenden, was beim de-Interlacing halt zu dem Flackern führen kann. Speziell im… -

Standard, av sync, sound, drm, codec
