Jetzt weiß ich es wieder. Die Datenbank wird initialisiert, bevor die Commandline überhaupt gelesen wird. Dazu hatte ich damals die ENV Variable… -

EPGBugfixLevel was 2 iirc
I read some instructions, where these two lines were told. Don't remember where.
I had this language problem with EPGs like since last major upgrade. previously I had some other admin interface,
which was lost in Debian version… -
