Das sind 2 verschiedene Deinterlacer. Mpeg2 wird per software decodiert und mit bwdif deinterlaced.
H264 geht über den hardware decoder und sollte den deinterlace_v4l2m2m Filter nutzen. -

Klar, das ist mir bekannt. Allerdings ist das flackern bei RTL SD (sendet auch interlaced, allerdings in mpeg2) nicht sichtbar. -

Die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender senden alle in progressive mode (720p), bei dem kein de-Interlacing nötig ist.

Edit: Ja, bei Axine HD ist es sogar sehr gut zu sehen aktuell, weil da so Teleshoping läuft. Rund um die "Einblendungen" in dem Bild sehr gut er erkennen.
