summary.vdr wird bei aufnahme nicht (mehr) erstellt

high.all!

(ich glaub) seit dem update auf 1.3.25 existiert bei mir das problem, dass ich bei jeder aufnahme die datei summary.vdr (die textuelle beschreibung der sendung aus den EPG daten) nicht mehr erstellt wird. die EPG daten selbst beinhalten aber diese info.

das /var/log/syslog sagt auch nix aus:

Ab 1.3.25 gibt es die summary.vdr nicht mehr sie heist nun info.vdr. Aus dem Changelog:

- The file 'summary.vdr' has been replaced with 'info.vdr' and now contains the
information about a recording, in the same format as the events are stored in
'epg.data' (see man vdr(5) for details). Existing summary files can be converted
to the new format by running the Perl script 'summary2info.pl', as in

summary2info.pl /video

(the parameter given has to be the video directory). If there is no 'info.vdr'
file for a recording, an attempt is made to read a 'summary.vdr'.

ok, verstehe! danke für die info.
eine info.vdr hat er bei der auzeichnung wohl erstellt, und es steht auch dementsprechend was drinnen, aber wie bekomm ich diese info nun auch im OSD angezeigt? Wenn im recordings menu auf die entsprechende aufzeichnung geh und dann die blaue taste für info drücke zeigt er mir nix an. ;(
btw. syslog spuckt dahingehend auch nix aus...

Also hier funktioniert das ganz gut. Ist beim VDR irgendetwas zusätzlich installiert? Plugins? Patches?

Nimm ein Skin was für 1.3.25 oder später ausgerüstet ist.

du meinst es ist skin abhängig. welches schlägst du vor? zur zeit verwend ich das enigma skin und war auch bis jetzt ziemlich zufrieden damit.

Da ich noch nicht dazu gekommen bin, das text2skin-Plugin auf den neusten CVS-Stand zu bringen, betrifft das Problem alle text2skin-Skins.

Als Alternative kann ich dir nur die Standard-Skins Klassik und ST:TNG sowie das Skin-Elchi-Plugin anbieten. Bei denen funktioniert die Anzeige der Infos schon jetzt.

ok, stimmt genau so isses. bei allen themes funkts ausser bei enigma und brushed aluminium. dann verwend ich mal wieder das StarTrek theme, schaut ja eigentlich auch nett aus.
