Intel Treiber für D2500/D2700 Cedar Tail

Bevor ich mich zu Tode suche.

Hat schon jemand VA-API und X11 Treiber für Cedar Tail gefunden und ausprobiert?

Meego müsste welche enthalten:

bzw.
vaapi pvr Sourcen gibts hier: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/vaapi/pvr-driver/

Ansonsten wie schaut es mit Windows 7 aus? Taugen da die Treiber was!
Da fehlt zwar dann ein gescheiter VDR Klient für Windows, aber dafür würde Blu-Ray gehen.

Nein, taugen nix, selbst getestet. Für Windows gibt es nur für 32-bit Treiber und damit ruckelt sogar das Verschieben von Fenstern ... :(

Es soll mit diversen Alpha-/Beta-Versionen von Linux Distros was geben, gehört habe ich da Fedora, aber das glaube ich erst wenn ich es sehe. Und nachdem Intel das nichtmal für Windows hinbekommt, wie soll das bei Linux funktionieren. Bin aber sicher irgendwann kommt was, ..., in 1-2 Jahren ... :rolleyes:

Für ein Atom ist der D2700 recht flott, aber taugt aktuell nur als schmaler Server ohne Grafik. Aber VDR ist denkbar, in der Verbindung "Intel D2700DC" & einer "Zotac GT520 (PCI)" ...

Der D2500 soll Homeserver werden, aber solange ich noch damit spielen darf, dachte ich, ich spiele mit X11 und VA-API.

Die Zotac PCI ist zuteuer, da ist schon wieder Sandy Bridge Celeron + Asus EN GT 520 billiger.
