ATI Radeon X300 Pro S video Out

    Hallo,


    ich habe meine tv karte gegen eine ati radeon x1300 getauscht und möchte den s video out nutzen um das bild auf den fernseher zu bringen. Später dann soll nur der fernseher dran sein.


    Wenn ich den fernseher jetzt anschliesse kommt aber nur ein flackerndes bild auch wenn der monitor ab ist.


    Was muss ich für einstellungen vornehmen damit ich ein ordentlices bild erhalte ?

    die nötigen Parameter für den TV-OUT im Xorg-Treiber hast du gesetzt (etc/X11/xorg.conf)?
    Den fglrx-Treiber würde ich erstmal außen vor lassen.

    Das kann ich "selber" nicht sagen. Ein TV-OUT habe ich an meiner X800 noch nicht probiert.

    also ich habs jetzt probiert. der pc startet aber bleibt beim login stehen und ich muss mich anmelden aber dann gehts auch nicht weiter

    Die Einstellung im admin-Plugin für Änderungen an der xorg.conf hast du gemacht?
    (VDR Einstellungen -> Plugins -> admin -> Anschluesse -> Aufloesung: Other)


    Dann würde ich eine Auflösung 768x576 probieren.

    Eine Kopie einer vorher funktionierenden xorg.conf wiederherzustellen geht schneller. ;)
    Editieren kann man die xorg.conf auch über die Konsole (mc).

    das du in der konsole landest und dich einloggen kannst ist doch ein gutes zeichen!


    Jetzt schaltest du noch auf konsole 8 um (strg+alt+F8 ) und stellst konsole umschalten im admin auf ja ;) .

    wenn ich dann mit strg + alt + f8 umschalte bleibt der schwarze bildschirm mit weißer schrift und da steht dann als vorletzter eintrag "logger: /.../admin.sh startet init" und als letzte zeile "logger: vdr startet" weil ich ja auch vdr manuell gestartet habe.


    aber was soll ich da denn jetzt machen ?

    also da bei overlay oder so etwas verändern ?

    ich hab jetzt auch noch den treiber für die ati radeon x300 gefunden aber ändert sich nichts

    in der oben geposteten xorg hatte ich das für die radeon karte ja eingefügt aber ich habe ja eine pci express karte und nicht wie da obensteht agp
