So, das Problem mit dem Seitenverhältnis wird in der nächsten Version gelöst sein.

Zum Thema spulen. Ich hatte schonmal versucht dem ffmpeg einen offset zu verpassen nur leider sagt mit meine erfahrung das das nicht so richtig klappt. Ich werde mir das Thema nochmal anschauen, aber vorerst komme ich nicht dazu.

Was macht denn die Audiospurauswahl? Geht das jetzt bei dir? Wenn nicht benötige ich die Ausgabe von "ffmpeg -i videomaterial". Oder wie oben schon erwähnt.

Hmm, ist nat. ein ganz anderes Gewerk, aber der Air Video Server kriegt das irgendwie hin. Ich sehe sofort die ganze Länge der Aufzeichnung und kann mit dem Balken sofort irgendwo hinspringen. Dauert dann zwar eine Weile, da er erst Mal wieder seinen Streampuffer etwas füllen muss, dann geht es aber dort problemlos weiter. Da ich weiß, dass ich immer ca. 5 MInuten Vorlauf habe, kann ich den Anfang des Films so recht schnell anfahren.

Komisch, dass das Spulproblem in iVDR anscheinend niemanden außer mich stört. Schneidet ihr eure Aufnahme immer vorab? Oder klappt das Spulen bei euch besser?
Ich kann Anfangs immer nur ein paar Sekunden vorspulen. Und wenn ich dabei zu ungeduldig bin, sprich versuche zu spulen, wenn der Slider schon fast am rechten Ende steht, kommt es vor, dass mir der Stream abbricht und ich von vorne anfangen muss.

Für mich ist das derzeit noch ein KO Kriterium beim ansonsten schon sehr runden iVDR.

Ich würde mal sagen ja. Hatte einmal den seltsamen Fall, dass die als deutsch angegebene Tonspur französisch war und die französische deutsch, kann aber auch noch in der 0.3.0 gewesen sein. Und wie es immer so ist, finde ich die Aufzeichnung jetzt nicht mehr, um das nochmals zu prüfen.

PS: Hat es einen Grund, dass Du in deiner Installationsanleitung den "aktuellen" ffmpeg immer noch über svn auscheckst, obwohl die doch schon Anfang des Jahres zu git gewechselt sind? Neuerungen kommen so ja nicht mehr rüber.

I have ivdr webpage working but Streaming is showing Loading and VDR also Loading... and there is
no pictures in the webpage only text. Somebody help me please. Thanks.

Wegen dem svn. Nein hat kein Grund. Nur da die version geht ist das schonmal keine fehlerquelle. :-)

If it doesnt work please post the ivdr.log.

So, und da ist sie auch schon.
0.3.2 ist hochgeladen.

siehe erster Beitrag.

kurz gesagt die Neuerungen:
mit ivdr.pl -c lässt sich nun die Configuration anzeigen, um sie hier besser posten zu können.
Das Liveimage lässt sich in den Remoteeinstellungen deaktivieren.
Die Kanallogos blockieren jetzt nicht mehr das laden von iVDR.
Das Seitenverhältnis sowie ein offset lässt sich bei Aufzeichnungen wählen.
Den Open Filmstreifen gibts nicht mehr, wird jetzt embeded angezeigt.

After I upgraded into new release, I cant initiate stream from my ipad. Error says Something went wrong!

The "Stop All" button will kill all ffmpeg the web-user started. It’s only a panic action, if a deamon process is blocking the system or something. If no ffmpeg is running or maybe a non web-user ffmpeg is running the action will result an error message.

Is the ip-adresse right for your vdr? If not set the Parameter streamdev in the VDR settings.
Do you want to watch Channel no 92?
Is the Problem with other Channels too?

HD Channels don't work at the moment.

Hi Phill,

The IP address is correct, of that I am pretty sure. When I start the streaming from my PC, then I can watch that stream from my IPAD, but I cant start the stream from my IPAD because of that error.

This error happens on all channels not just number 92. Prior to the upgrade it was working well. Just to note that when I did the upgrade I needed to delete all folders and start from scratch because it said you cant transfer a folder to that path because it is not empty or something like this. I will try and reinstall again if needed. Thanks for the support.

Try to close the Browser window and even kill Safari.

Be sure that every file of cgi-bin and components are replaced then it has to work.

this is a problem of ffmpeg, i dont know what to do to enable hd streaming.
But you can stream HD from recordings. So record the channel and stream this recording.

Bevor du den stream startest, kannst du in den streamoptionen den startpunkt setzen. Sollte zumindest.

Hmm, finde ich leider nicht --> wo finde ich ein Beispiel für diese Funktion?

Edit:
Habe ich gefunden -- nur wenn ich den Schieber auf z.B. 35 Minuten stelle, muß ich dann auch so lange warten bis der Stream startet?
Aber nach einer unbestimmten Zeit springt der Stream an die gewählte Stelle.

Nur in wecher Zeit ist denn die Werbung vorbei wenn man kein Bild hat?

Ja genau.

Das sind genau die Probleme die ich gemeint hatte. Den einzige Anhaltspunkt den man hat, um herrauszufinden wann die Sendung genau anfängt, sind die marker die hoffentlich angezeigt werden. Siehe Anhang. Oder halt die Erfahrung.
Werbeblöcke innerhalb einer Aufnahme sollten eig. unrelevant sein, da bis dahin genug videomaterial vorkodiert sein sollte um den Werbeblock zu überspringen.

Ja es dauert ein weilchen bis ffmpeg zum gewollten offset hingespult hat, geht aber, jedenfalls bei mir, wesentlich schneller als das streaming an sich, ich denke mal die Entwickler von ffmpeg werden schon wissen was sie tun.
Aber man muss ja nicht am Bildschirm warten bis der Stream startet, sondern kann z.B. weiter in iVDR rumsurfen oder vielleicht die Wohnung aufräumen

Ein Bild des Videos von der position des Zeigers anzuzeigen würde theoretisch gehen, nur würde das Bild jedesmal eine Ewigkeit laden bis ffmpeg an der Stelle ist um das Bild zu extrahieren.

Wenn sich jemand mit ffmpeg oder den TS-Aufnahmen besser auskennt und mir sagt wie man schneller einen offset setzt, baue ich das gerne ein. Ich hatte es schon mal mit tail anstatt cat und einer kilobyteweisen Umrechnung des zeitliche offsets hinbekommen, nur war das mehr eine versuch und irrtum Rechnung und hat deswegen auch nicht immer funktioniert. :wand

Thanks Phill for your help. I need another help from you please. I want to access the ivdr webfrontend from outside home. What should I do?
Should I forward port 80 on my server? Or I can change the port from apache2 port conf file? Sorry for my newbiety. Thanks alot.

Hi

You can see on i-vdr how to set a password for ivdr within apache in the security section.

To enable access from outside you have to set the port forwarding in your router/modem. If you dont want to use the standard port just use an other port like 8888 and point it to the port 80 of your server.
After that it should work. To get an internet address for your pc u can use a free dns service like dyndns.org.
