    Also brauchts für 2.0.3 doch noch einen Patch für das epg2vdr-Plugin.

    ich finde diese Funktion im Code nicht, wollte sie mir mal anschauen (falls ich sie verstehe) ob sie uns bei den streamdev Umschaltproblemen helfen könnte.
    Heisst die wirklich so ?

    No, you can use a Dual-DVB an record something in background. This change does just prevent seen issues with "Device Bonding" and maybe SCR.


    Guess a situation with one LNB and your dual card, no multiswitch in between, in this case it's enough if one of both tuner does provide power to the LNB ...

    That is not my situation, have a quad switching lnb (INVERTO Quad 0.2 dB)on a rotating dish (1.2m ).

    I would say it's not possible to use Device Bonding and rotor support simultaneously, whereas I do think this does not make sense. Any secondary DVB adapter is always chained to the orbital position of the so called master adapter.


    Device Bonding is kind "of cool workaround" for situations, where the user does just have one cable to a satellite receiving option. So one LNB connection or one multiswitch port in an apartment building, connecting to 2+n DVB devices. It's a way of reception for it's own and e.g. also not combinable with either DiSEqC or it's sibling SCR/Unicable®.

    Version 2.1.1 just implemented the basic motor functionality.
    Combinations of motor and device bonding or SCR will come later.
