POCM frame skip on some HD (yavdr repo/ubuntu lucid)

I'm getting these errors with vdr-sxfe:

This skip happens nearly every second.
They only occur on some HD channels (notably Sky Italia), many HD channels on 28E, 19E, 13E run OK. My CPU usage is ~10%, so vdpau is working well.
I have read on another forum that the current version of libxine used by yavdr may be causing the problem.
